Support Thematic and Operational Elements of EU Key Digital Transformation Initiatives

Our team assisted the European Commission in HQ and EU Delegations to African, Caribbean and Pacific countries in the design and implementation of digital transformation programmes, providing thematic expertise and operational capacity.

The project contributed to the roll-out of digital cooperation actions and supported key EU flagship initiatives as well as national and regional efforts around e-Governance, cybersecurity, digital identity systems and interoperability.

Key objectives included:

• Supporting e-ID, interoperability and cybersecurity strategies.
• Coordinating with EU Member States, African Union Commission and Smart Africa.
• Providing guidance and training on digital budget support.
• Preparing programming and financing tools.
• Drafting background studies and technical briefs.
