Trade Related Technical Assistance Mid-Term Evaluation and Programme Design Study

The rationale for this project is that the provision of advisory services to conduct a mid-term evaluation of the TRTA project will facilitate the stakeholders to identify and define the scope of further activities more effectively.

The project support is a combination of:

• Conducting a performance review of the TRTA programme
• Analysing the progress and impact to date and making recommendations for improvement
• Presentation of proposals for modifications to the final work plan of the programme under review
• Making recommendations for a follow-up programme.
