Provision of Technical Assistance for the Management and Implementation of the Trade Related Assistance Project in Papua New Guinea

The rationale of this project is to support the authorities of Papua New Guinea, in particular the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Immigration (DFAT&I), in its efforts to mainstream trade matters in the development effort of the country, having a more effective participation in regional and multilateral trade agreements and benefiting from an increased international trade business.

The project support is a combination of:

• Procurement of specialised equipment and supplies
