Needs Assessment for Trade Related Assistance in the Philippines

The project’s objectives are both to assist the Philippines in its efforts to increase its participation in the world trade market and to participate more fully in the world trading system by developing a pro poor strategy for trade reform and trade related assistance, and also to assist the country to refine the linkage between its trade policy and its development policy.
