Final Evaluation Mission of the Project "EU_Peru Cooperation in the Field of Technical Assistance for Trade-Support for the National Strategic Export Programme (PENX 2003-2013)"

The rationale for this project is to carry out the final evaluation of the PENX programme in the context of future cooperation within the framework of the negotiations of an Association Agreement between the EU and Peru.

The project support is a combination of:

• Verifying the impacts achieved, identifying and assessing unexpected impacts
• Evaluating the sustainability of the benefits of the intervention
• Analysing the results from both the internal standpoint of each region benefitting from the project, and from a national standpoint
• Detailed examination and verification of the goals achieved in each of the areas in order to reach the objective of consolidating the country’s image and its exporting capacity
• Analysis of the results achieved by the project
