Feasibility Study of a Swine Slaughterhouse

The rationale for this project is to improve the capacity of local producers to respond to increasing competition from imported pork products from the USA.

The project addresses the improvement of technological processes of Salvadoran producers, guaranteeing better quality, increased consumer protection and marketing of products having a higher added value.
