Ivory Coast - Logistics and Protocol Officer - AHGC events

PositionLogistics and Protocol Officer

Location: Ivory Coast

Project: Consultancy to organise and manage key AHGC events (including the civil society forum 2018 and the mdb gender summit 2018) - AHGC

Duration: April to November 2018 

Qualifications and skills / Professional experience:

  • Educational background on Protocol, Communication, Media, Journalism
  • At least 5 years’ experience in organising large scale International Events preferably in Africa
  • Experience identifying suitable service providers, regarding venues, banqueting, IT equipment and support to registration process, coordination of air travel, transportation and accommodation
  • Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written)
